I have had two whack some loans from this company, there are incredible. Great customer service, provide the lowest interest rates and always there to assist further if need the help. Reviewed on: 29th May 2024

bank does not offer loans always 3rd party

Bank does not seem to offer direct loans. All through third parties. Presumably the bank gets commission. Interest rates more like credit companies than your bank. Seem only interested in profit these days. Help line hours cut, branches cut, all round services and rewards cut. Back to being a piggy bank. How sad. They were an excellent bank once.
