The back-office support.

The back-office support goes beyond expectations. There was a time when called them because I could not make withdrawal after logging in. It was simply because I had not logged in for a long time. I was immediately assisted to make the withdrawal. Reviewed on: 10th June 2024

I only do savings but feel that the return is very p...

I only do savings but feel that the return is very poor for savers seeing as we fund the loans . In last twenty years only had a very small return. Staff are very friendly and helpful when there are issues when you keep changing names and logins etc. Very proactive and quick to respond Reviewed on: 10th June 2024

Love this credit union. Has great and unique savings products on offer that stand out from all other savings providers. Particularly good for those who can only save modest amounts.
