ACCEPT YOU THEN SAY NO

Got accepted up to £7700. Told to pick a car, drive 3 hours round trip to test drive a car and paid a £290 deposit. Confirmed I wanted that car. Signed the documents & contract for repayments. Received a text to say the lenders now declined you? Even though I signed the contract and was ACCEPTED. A legally binding contracting agreement just terminated within 24 hours? don’t know If I can even get my deposit back and embarrassed & devestated I wasted so much time & money and got excited and told friends and family I was getting my dream car. awful company

do not use this shambles of a company. been with them for a while now and when I call there very arrogant and rude. I had a call yesterday as my account was in arrears due to the direct debit been cancelled on there side. I went through everything with the lady and she told me it was on there side, I set a new direct debit up and everything was fine. Had a call today and asked to speak to a manager all I can say is wow, he was the most unprofessional person I have every spoken to they were saying it was my fault for not checking my bank even though they had not emailed, called or sent a letter to me regarding this. I refused to pay anything up front and the guy just seemed to get even more arrogant. in the end he said well as long as you stick to the plan you don't have to pay anything. Don't Do It!

These guys are cowboys, just look at the APR and charges. Note: if you are off work sick and can't pay, they will not defer payment and just take the car off you. I managed to pay in the end. But if you try to reduce payments, their rude staff won't even listen. You will be harassed via email, texts and phone calls. Oh and of course the default notice. I was desperate for a car for my job. Never again, please guys don't be tempted! Reviewed on: 30th May 2023

Stay away !!!

The signed contract is re-interpreted as they want so the client will never have the upper hand ! In the contract states everyone has 14 days to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason but over the phone they say, it about paying the total amount of the car. It’s just not making any sense… They are liars and taking advantage of anyone !!! Stay away !!! Reviewed on: 25th November 2022

You started very well and when i wanted to pay the settlement bill in full with my savings in the rep of Ireland AIB bank which i once used to make a payment for my car was treated like a thug and told the card was not excepted because it was declined by one member of staff for some reason no one knows wish i could get understanding on why ? i am not in anyway a thug and got my life savings in that account.
