The provident of car finance

Designed for those who nobody else will lend money too with extensive interest rates and excessive charges. No customer service and failure to provide data on request. Stay away!! Reviewed on: 25th August 2023

Shambles

they passed me for finance on sunday signed the forms on monday tell me over the phone on tuesday its declined yet come in from my work on tuesday night to a letter from them saying i was passed waste of time they just tell you lies Reviewed on: 27th June 2023

awful company

do not use this shambles of a company. been with them for a while now and when I call there very arrogant and rude. I had a call yesterday as my account was in arrears due to the direct debit been cancelled on there side. I went through everything with the lady and she told me it was on there side, I set a new direct debit up and everything was fine. Had a call today and asked to speak to a manager all I can say is wow, he was the most unprofessional person I have every spoken to they were saying it was my fault for not checking my bank even though they had not emailed, called or sent a letter to me regarding this. I refused to pay anything up front and the guy just seemed to get even more arrogant. in the end he said well as long as you stick to the plan you don't have to pay anything. Pretty clear they just wanted more money off me. Avoid at all cost Reviewed on: 27th June 2023
