I wanted to renew my car insurance, but they forced me to buy a home insurance package to get a discount. The company automatically renewed my home insurance without my consent. Since I no longer live at that address, the payment failed, and the matter was referred to the DVLA. I ended up getting a fine due to the company's fault. This is terrible service."
