awful company

do not use this shambles of a company. been with them for a while now and when I call there very arrogant and rude. I had a call yesterday as my account was in arrears due to the direct debit been cancelled on there side. I went through everything with the lady and she told me it was on there side, I set a new direct debit up and everything was fine.
