I had a call yesterday as my account was in arrears due to the direct debit been cancelled on there side. I went through everything with the lady and she told me it was on there side, I set a new direct debit up and everything was fine. Had a call today and asked to speak to a manager all I can say is wow, he was the most unprofessional person I have every spoken to they were saying it was my fault for not checking my bank even though they had not emailed, called or sent a letter to me regarding this. I refused to pay anything up front and the guy just seemed to get even more arrogant. in the end he said well as long as you stick to the plan you don't have to pay anything.
