I found the process of setting up my insurance very straightforward. The agent was very clear and explained everything, answering all questions I asked. I was going on a motorcycle trip so it was important that I had cover for a big cc motorcycle and this was confirmed. Because of medical conditions the cover is expensive but necessary. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now

I have had to contact All-Clear twice since I took out my policy to update my medical situation. On both occasions I got a U.K. call centre. Additionally, the phone was answered promptly and I felt like I was a valued customer, which is a rare experience these days. Also, I had to pay extra to cover a new medical condition and I felt the charge was proportionate and appropriate. Reviewed on: 8th August 2025
