Staysure they Suck

We had the top StaySure insurance hoping that if we ever needed it we would be covered - oh no we weren’t - a cancelled train due to a power outage and no trains in and out of Montparnasse - a day of holiday lost - an expensive hotel paid for which couldn’t be enjoyed on the first night - no chance of getting a penny pack despite all the paperwork and well publicised issues in Paris - do not touch these people - keep your 200 pounds - they even said sorry for my disappointment - patronising - disappointment ? I bought my travel insurance in Staysure at last minute before I flew to Paris, France. When I’m in France, I rode the bus and it was crowded, good oppurtunity for pickpocket and sadly, I am victim of pickpocket. My cash budget for travel wasn’t exchange yet as the money changer at the airport was closed when we arrived, my cash money was from a gift, in short, I don’t have any evidence for my cash that stolen. I still file my claim online and in 5 days, i received email asking cash evidence so, I have to wait another 5 days but as it was in instructions, if not heard in 5 days, phone them, I did phoned them, the customer seevice was so polite, calm, understanding and she sorted it smoothly. They settled my cash stolen and I receuved it in ky bank in just 3 days. Brilliant Travel Insurance. Reviewed on: 13th October 2026

Staysure Travel Insurance: Amazing service.

We have had travel insurance policy for years. We use them because all known condition are covered. We never had to use until last December. We were in Spain. My husband got ill with what we thought was a chesty cold. This turned to Brochitis very quickly. The local doctor came out to see him the second day and he was rushed to hospital with pneumonia. He was very ill at this point. The hospital we were sent to was an international hospital. 50kilometer away from where we were staying. Staysure couldnt have been better. They were fantanstic. From the start the covered everything. The hospital was incredable. 3 specialist looked after my husband because of associated conditions. Kidneys Heart etc nothing too much trouble. Every consultation we were joined by an english speaking person who explained everything. Two days after he was admitted l was contacted by a group of helpful people who was there solely for me. They helped me with issues like closing the tental we were staying in. Negotiating with Staysure to get taxis to get our belongings. Any question l had they found the answers and the support they gave me was priceless. I didnt feel alone. My husband was in hospital for 3 weeks. Staysure helped us get home just in time for Christmas. The organised our flight and a paramedic who met us at the hospital and escorted us back to our home in the UK. I cant praise Staysure and their associates enough for the care he had and the support l had. They settled everything very quickly with no argument. Amazing. Reviewed on: 12th October 2026

I I have used Staysure in the past and I am always had a positive wait them. They offer a range of policies and choosing one that suits me is easy . The website is easy to navigate. Traveling after cancer

Having had cancer and other medical issues, I was looking for reasonably priced travel insurance. Staysure were easy to contact by phone, and the operater was particularly helpful in guiding me through the medical questionaire. Reviewed on: 16th July 2026
