good basic travel insurance

Insurance when no one else would

Medical cover but expensive

Medically unfit

We have had our medical dramas - strokes, heart attacks, spinal injuries so surely no-one could insure us and we could never enjoy holidays abroad? Staysure not only insure us but the costing is under £100 for the three of us - great service, great peace of mind Reviewed on: 17th July 2018

Good price but duff info

Told me I would be covered ifbI needs to change a flight due to work dates when I booked the annual policy, however when I did need to do this it turns out .i wouldn't be covered. They promised to listen to the original sales call and a manager would get back to me. 8 months later I am still waiting..... Reviewed on: 1st October 2017

Medical cover

Being over 65 and having a wife with medical history I was looking for a company that would cover us for travel and accept my wife's medical history. I engaged with Staysure and found the initial screening good and professional. To ensure everything was uncovered we informed the agent of the medicine taken but was unable to confirm all causes related to the meds. The company got their doctor to accept all issues with a request for me to inform them on the query they had. I got a list from our doctor of the issues my wife had relating to the medicine prescribed and supplied this to Staysure. Within a couple of days they agreed that they could cover everything. I was impressed by their professionalism and patience on the phone whilst negotiating the contract. I will have no hesitation in using them again. Reviewed on: 20th September 2017
