Helpful and polite

Have always found them to be polite and helpful. While having some issues with health questions, I had to contact customer services who were very helpful, letting me know exactly what information they needed as some questions are vague. Reviewed on: 17th August 2021

Professional service and reasonable costs

We used Staysure for a number of years. They were very thorough and explained every aspect of our cover in detail. When we made a claim for a holiday cancellation, owing to my Mother’s sudden death, they were very understanding and despite the unusual circumstances, they upheld the claim.
