I have always found AllClear's service and product offering to be exemplary. Any query I have is always promptly answered, and they offer a wide range of products for all insurance levels for those of us unfortunate to have pre-existing medical conditions. It is nice to deal with a company which doesn't consider a person with a medical history to be a complete liability. I won't look anywhere else for my travel insurance needs. In our experience, we have had to claim in the past. This was dealt with efficiently and with as little fuss as possible. Costs incurred were reimbursed less excess with no problem. Quibble free claim resolution

Complicated string of train delays meant I missed my flight and had to pay for a second one from a different airport - On evidence from the Train company that there were serious issues on the day of travel, AllClear settled my claim quickly and efficiently.
