Old style policy

An old fashioned decreasing value policy that I had for many years. I have cancelled it for another type which is more up to date and tailored to my current needs. Reviewed on: 7th August 2017

Beware these sharks

Since my father's passing in November 2024 I have been trying to get the remainder of his annuity with Aviva paid into my mother's account, as stated on their policy document. As my mother is an 88 year old with dementia and is incapable of managing her own affairs it has become my responsibility to follow these types of issues up for her, which I am glad to do. Best deal available at the time

The Bad and Ugly

Pathetic customer services and everytime one rings asked if you want to make a complaint with no feedback if there is than they are working very hard. Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Efficiency declined over the years

I have been with Aviva PP for over 30 years, in recent years the customer service is less than beguilling, never do what they say they are going to do?? I have transferred to an annuity with Legal & General which has a higher rating. Reviewed on: 15th October 2021
