Really bad technical service no access to funds

Dear BDCU, I am writing to express my serious concern and deep frustration regarding the current restrictions placed on my account, which have prevented me from accessing my own funds. It is frankly astonishing that I am being asked to nominate your organisation for an award while I am unable to carry out essential financial transactions. This situation has caused me significant distress and inconvenience, particularly as I urgently need to purchase a vehicle for work purposes. Last night, I attempted to log in to my account to transfer the necessary funds, only to be met with a message stating that transactions are not currently possible. I encountered the same issue again this morning. This ongoing lack of access is entirely unacceptable. I require immediate clarification as to why my account is inaccessible, and more importantly, a resolution that will allow me to access my funds without further delay. This matter is now severely impacting my ability to meet professional commitments and should be treated with the utmost urgency. I look forward to your prompt response. My action was to close my account down due to the failures from credit union. I was refunded all my money promptly.
