Caravan Insurance provided through Caravan and Motorhome Club

Its insurance that does exactly what it says on the tin! The insurance offers excellent value for money and is competitive. A lot of thought has gone into the service offerings and its been bundled together to provide an inclusive solution for van owners. Having been in the unfortunate position of having to make a claim on the insurance, I was impressed at the ease of making the claim and how supportive and understanding the Staff were during what was quite a traumatic time. The claim was managed very professionally and we we received regular progress updates during the repair phase. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Insurance you can rely on.

I made an error of judgement when entering a CL and bent the offside awning rail as the caravan wheel entered a hollow in the track. Everything related to the repair was carried out without any argument and quotation (from an approved repairer) was accepted after a visit by the insures own assessor. All this took place over about two weeks. Parts were ordered (5 months delivery and available repair slot). Work done and signed off. I was a very happy man when all was finished. I have no claim bonus protection. Since then I have paid MORE attention to road/track surfaces and TREES. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Fantastic support and hassle free service

When our caravan was damaged by an articulated lorry the club managed the repair with great speed. It was delt with quickly, efficiently and satisfactory. The price has been kept at an acceptable level which is always satisfying and the excess was returned in due course. We are pleased with a great service and would recommend to everyone. Excellent value and service.

On changing insurance companies, I saved over £100, and got better cover as well. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. As a result, I also moved my car insurance as well and saved money! Can't get better than that!! Reviewed on: 9th August 2017

Exemplary Service

With our first caravan to insure we tried various insurance companies and compare sites, they wanted so many details and the quotes were really high. We phoned the Caravan Club what a difference so helpful and polite we just needed the make of caravan we took out a policy straight away. Last year we bought a brand new caravan didn't bother with any other insurance company went straight to the Caravan Club. Unfortunately on our first outing someone forced us across the road and we dented the body of the caravan on a tree branch.
