Insurance you can rely on.

I made an error of judgement when entering a CL and bent the offside awning rail as the caravan wheel entered a hollow in the track. Everything related to the repair was carried out without any argument and quotation (from an approved repairer) was accepted after a visit by the insures own assessor. All this took place over about two weeks. Parts were ordered (5 months delivery and available repair slot). Work done and signed off. I was a very happy man when all was finished. I have no claim bonus protection. Since then I have paid MORE attention to road/track surfaces and TREES. Reviewed on: 9th August 2017
