Poor help from club

Reply from Caravan and Motorhome Club We are sorry to hear you feel we havent been helpful Jim. We have reviewed your file and we can see that there were some initial delays of about 3 weeks while we sourced an estimate for some additional work you felt was needed. The subsequent delays have arisen due to your choice of repairer being incredibly busy. We are still waiting for an estimate for the repairs from them and the loss adjuster is continuing to chase them for this.
