How good is it to actually talk to a real person who listens, explains everything and puts you at ease. Absolutely fabulous people to deal with. Unfortunately had someone run into the back of our motorhome when stationary on the motorway. The agent was so thoughtful and caring. Dealt with everything and offered impartial advice.
