Poor experience after claim

Had a minor bump, at fault, the week after renewal quote. 20 minutes after advising Caravan Guard they sent a revised renewal quote, tripling the... Had a minor bump, at fault, the week after renewal quote. 20 minutes after advising Caravan Guard they sent a revised renewal quote, tripling the previous one. Not great customer service considering we were upset at the incident and in a foreign country at the time. Chances are any claim will fall within the excess, but they refuse to budget on the quote. Have renewed with a competitor who beat my premium for the last 12 months even without any no claims discount Read more Read less
