Poor experience after claim

Had a minor bump, at fault, the week after renewal quote. 20 minutes after advising Caravan Guard they sent a revised renewal quote, tripling the... Not great customer service considering we were upset at the incident and in a foreign country at the time. Chances are any claim will fall within the excess, but they refuse to budget on the quote.
