Carole Nash are the worst.

Carole Nash are the worst insurance company I've ever experienced. They finance your insurance through close brothers finance. From that point onwards, close brothers message you and so does Carole nash but they dont communicate together so neither of them know what is going on. You can Express your concerns with Carole nash and the rep will ignore you and put you in a complaints process. The complaints team will then send a really long response weeks later taking no responsibility, giving all the excuses under the sun, blaming you, not upholding your complaint and telling you to write to someone else who also doesnt care. For this reason avoid Carole nash is my advice unless you want really stressful insurance cover. Reviewed on: 9th January 2024

Avoid them like the plague. Awful company - they WILL rob you

I was insured with them (for my car) 18 hours...18 HOURS before they text me to say that, with my old insurer, they had a "fault" claim for when my car windows were smashed by vandals - and which had not affected my NCD of 4 years. Due to this they wanted to change my policy and add an EXTRA £201; increasing my policy to just over £400 - 110%! Obviously I wasn't going to accept that, so i just said cancel & I'd look elsewhere. That is when they mentioned the dreaded "admin fee" of £25. I'd been insured (technically not been insured) for less than ONE DAY; during which THEY had changed my contract with them, not the other way round. Despite my protests and insisting they take no more money from me (I'd already paid a £19 deposit - which of course I was never going to see again) they were not moving! Pure, utter, greed! Insurance highway men! Avoid like the plague. Awful company! Reviewed on: 8th December 2022

Utterly Useless

Utterly useless. For two days now have I been trying to get an MTA sorted on my policy, simply for a change of bikes. Everytime having to go through all the details again and again and again, only for it to be referred and then to come back with an additional £1000 on a policy that is less than half that (with full NCB and 20+ years licence, no accidents or convictions). Now having to cancel the policy and restart as the online portal will quote £580 - however, no one is answering the phones and the online chat just gets cutoff abrubtly as if the customer service reps aren't interested in solving thier problems - not even offering to take my phone number and call me back to get things resolved. Absolutely awful customer service trying to get this sorted and because of that I cannot in an any way recommend Carole Nash any more - what would they be like if I had to make a claim? Great service with caring staff

I've had great service over the years, with competitive quotes and fantastic support a number of years ago when I had an accident. Bike collected, fixed up and delivered before my bones had started to heal. The workshop that was fixing the bike even called me a couple of times to see how I was and check rebuild details.
