disgusting rude arrogant inept company, asked for a vehicle change 48hrs later still not done luckily I checked before I drove away, so far been on the phone over 4hrs trying to sort it out still not covered have been off work 2 days because of this. Reviewed on: 27th March 2024

Carole Nash are the worst.

Carole Nash are the worst insurance company I've ever experienced. They finance your insurance through close brothers finance. From that point onwards, close brothers message you and so does Carole nash but they dont communicate together so neither of them know what is going on. You can Express your concerns with Carole nash and the rep will ignore you and put you in a complaints process. The complaints team will then send a really long response weeks later taking no responsibility, giving all the excuses under the sun, blaming you, not upholding your complaint and telling you to write to someone else who also doesnt care. For this reason avoid Carole nash is my advice unless you want really stressful insurance cover. Reviewed on: 9th January 2024

Incompetent

As previous customers have said, they keep asking for documentation which is bank statements! Why do they need this? At least two emails a week saying they will cancel the policy with seven days if the documentation isn't sent. Even when they receive it and confirm it and un-block your insurance, they still send out emails asking for bank details! Such an awful, unprofessional and irritating little company that needs a serious kick up the back side. Reviewed on: 17th November 2023

Abysmal Service

Abysmal service. Like many other people who have commented on here I was explicitly told that I was fully insured and no more details were required. Then a week or two later I received multiple emails and texts threatening to cancel my insurance as I had failed to provide documentation I was never asked for. This seems suspiciously like a scam, they've taken my deposit and are harassing me to pay for insurance that was cancelled due to their own "administrative errors" or possibly just wilful defrauding. I've tried contacting them multiple ways but it's suddenly very difficult to contact them now I'm not a prospective customer/mark. Reviewed on: 8th November 2023
