Abysmal service. Like many other people who have commented on here I was explicitly told that I was fully insured and no more details were required. Then a week or two later I received multiple emails and texts threatening to cancel my insurance as I had failed to provide documentation I was never asked for. This seems suspiciously like a scam, they've taken my deposit and are harassing me to pay for insurance that was cancelled due to their own "administrative errors" or possibly just wilful defrauding.
I've tried contacting them multiple ways but it's suddenly very difficult to contact them now I'm not a prospective customer/mark.
