As previous customers have said, they keep asking for documentation which is bank statements! Why do they need this?
At least two emails a week saying they will cancel the policy with seven days if the documentation isn't sent.
Even when they receive it and confirm it and un-block your insurance, they still send out emails asking for bank details!
Such an awful, unprofessional and irritating little company that needs a serious kick up the back side.
