just discusted with insurance company

have had my pet insurance with them for 12 years i have at one piont had 2 dogs insured have paid out over 5.000 pound in insurance only claimesd once for 400 pound this was 4 years ago and went to pop a claim in for 175.00 pounds as my dog got ill over over covid period bare in mind my dog is 13 years old now they refused claim and this went on after i appealed for 8 more weeks more which meant they were still with drawing the monthly payment of 47.00 so it means they drew 2 more payment and with full letter from qualified vets they said it was over wrauled by their nurse and recived a letter today sa ing they will not pay very discusted and feeling very scammed would never ever use again stay clear they are a con firm xxx Reviewed on: 4th August 2020

Wouldn't cancel until end of month even after dog passed away

Insured our dog through Churchill for 13 years for her whole life, by the time she died we were paying a premium of over £50 per month, we contacted them as thought the cost of having her put to sleep, it wasn't however wording in the policy document was very confusing. Ask to cancel the insurance from the date of death, however the would over cancel from the end of that month, 3 weeks after she died. Reviewed on: 1st October 2017
