I was with this insurer for 9 years and always chose...

I was with this insurer for 9 years and always chose the highest level of cover — and it was worth every penny. I never felt as safe with any other provider. I regularly travel to the Highlands and across Europe, where having reliable support as a single parent is essential. Over the years there were some big breakdowns, and I never waited more than an hour for help. There were also smaller incidents — like forgetting to check the oil (embarrassing, I know). Churchill is not the cheapest option, but with them there are no hidden small-print clauses that leave you stranded when you actually need support. Pay less elsewhere and you may find out the hard way. The website is excellent — all documents are easily accessible — and the customer service is outstanding. I personally prefer speaking to a real person, and when you do get through, you are treated like a valued customer. I am genuinely happy with Churchill Insurance and would not hesitate to recommend them. Reviewed on: 20th August 2026
