Very good over the phone customer service, what is provided with the insurance for the price was value for money. The app provided with the insurance was very helpful. No expensive Annual Policy needed

After a lengthy discussion with my insurance company about my options (very expensive options), Collingwood came to the rescue by quoting an 8 week insurance policy for my son's run up to his driving test and after purchasing his first car. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2024

Wonderful Experience

Carly was amazing, she was professional, polite, helpful and really took it upon herself to help our son calm down. He was new to the renewal game and started to feel overwhelmed, anxious and confused. She really managed to calm him down, spoke to his dad who finished the call and was lovely the whole process.
