New driver cover is only available to existing Collingwood learner driver customers after passing the practical driving test. Taxi insurance can be for annual or short-term cover and courier insurance cover is for food and parcel delivery drivers.

I recently purchased a car for my son and needed learner insurance. After a quick search online, Collingwood stood out immediately their platform was by far the easiest to use, and the whole process felt simple and stress free. I’ve now spoken to three different members of staff, each time because of issues with the vehicles I’d bought, and every interaction has been consistently excellent. The team has been patient, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout. In fact, Collingwood has been the best company I’ve dealt with in 2026. I work for a high‑street bank, so I understand the importance of customer service, ownership, and treating people well. Collingwood has been a breath of fresh air. Had an issue with my driving licence been put onto the app. Rang them up and they were able to sort it quick and easy . Nick was a well spoken and kind guy who had helped my situation before my insurance was cancelled . He was helpful and helped me sort it out quickly. Collingwood was a great option to go to as they answer quickly and help immediately with any issues or struggles you may have. Collingwood also has the best deals and offers and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for car insurance for a new car or for someone new. Reviewed on: 19th August 2026
