New driver cover is only available to existing Collingwood learner driver customers after passing the practical driving test. Taxi insurance can be for annual or short-term cover and courier insurance cover is for food and parcel delivery drivers.

They have made the whole process feel straightforward and have been patient in answering any questions I’ve had. I have used Collingwood Insurance for years and have never had a problem of any sort, the staff ie Scott , Michael , Lisa and the rest of the team have always been polite and very efficient in what they do, everyone of them has their own special trait that makes it a pleasure to talk with them every month. The company itself has always helpful with my needs as a taxi driver. Collingwood is quite easily the best Insurance company I have used and would recommend them to anyone. Megan has fantastic customer service abilities, was able to help me make payment today after a mishap with monthly automated payment due to ourselves - accidentally. Megan completely understood our reasoning and was joyful in her response and understanding. Also went further by adding an additional family member to speak on behalf of the policy owner in respect of supporting her which was welcomed. All in all an experience with ease and reassurance.
