Cancellation fee!

Cancellation fee! Was really surprised they sold on my details to another company who I insured with but still charged me a £40 cancellation fee when I left them Reviewed on: 21st July 2025

If you have spoken to one of our colleagues over the phone when setting up your policy, as a regulated business, it is important that we make our customers aware of all of our fees and charges before buying the policy.
