Easily the best on price and customer experience

I’m very impressed by Comfort Insurance. They seem like a small company with all the benefits of a tailored approach but with the security of backing by Aviva. I’d genuinely use them again and recommend them to friends and family on the quality of service alone. And then there’s the price! I’m not sure what the other companies are playing at because Comfort are easily the best on price too. Outstanding Service, particularly with regard to breakdowns

Had a problem with an ignition switch in France and though it couldn't be fixed at the time there was a breakdown guy at the bottom of the slipway as we came off the ferry in Dover. He found the problem and made atemporary repair which lasted until the new sswitch arrived from Italy. All arranged though Comfort, Brilliant job! Reviewed on: 27th October 2023

They know about motorhoming.

Have been with Comfort for years, initially because they were cheaper than other insurers but also because they knew what they were talking about as regards motorhomes. They also deal with renewals efficiently. Reviewed on: 22nd October 2023

New customers

We bought our first motorhome in August. I phoned Comfort 3 times with endless questions and alterations, and was dealt with with the utmost patience and good humour. Human beings!!

Your price is always competitive and it's easy to contact you to sort anything out. It so much better being able to talk to a human! Your staff are always pleasant and knowledgeable - and speedy too. No waiting around for ages as with other insurance companies. I've never had to use your rescue srvice and I hope I don't have to, but I have confidence you'd perform well.
