I’ve been with ecclesiastical for a few years. Their advisers are always friendly and helpful. The price generally feels quite high though and I haven’t shopped around in a while so I couldn’t say if they’re good value or not. My only frustration is that they’re not easy to contact or deal with. Every interaction requires a phone call and response times are slow.

I’m very impressed by Comfort Insurance. They seem like a small company with all the benefits of a tailored approach but with the security of backing by Aviva. I’d genuinely use them again and recommend them to friends and family on the quality of service alone. And then there’s the price! I’m not sure what the other companies are playing at because Comfort are easily the best on price too. Having dealt with difficult and inflexible companies before this I’m happy to have discovered Comfort.
