AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They say its 50 pound cancellation fees. That is a load of crap. They are saying to cancel it will cost 700+ and to swap insurance through them it will cost 638 pound to do that. They have left me with no car and an insurance that I have to pay because they fail to mention all of this. Avoid if I was you because they are scammers at its best. I can't swap a vehicle on the policy and I cannot cancel because I cannot afford them fees. Thanks complete. After being let down by another insurer I contacted Complete Cover, I explained my situation and they were extremely helpful, not only did they guarantee my insurance, but they contacted me immediately when cheaper insurance became available and secured it for me before setting up. They were able to work around my needs, giving me assurances about their services, and went through all the paper work me, making sure that I had access to everything I needed. They (An employee named Jordan) went the extra mile to help me after being let down by another company, their staff are a real credit to Complete Cover Ltd and most certainly deserve and raise in salary!
