Helpful, Reliable, Extra-mile service. ££££******$$$$$

After being let down by another insurer I contacted Complete Cover, I explained my situation and they were extremely helpful, not only did they guarantee my insurance, but they contacted me immediately when cheaper insurance became available and secured it for me before setting up. They were able to work around my needs, giving me assurances about their services, and went through all the paper work me, making sure that I had access to everything I needed. They (An employee named Jordan) went the extra mile to help me after being let down by another company, their staff are a real credit to Complete Cover Ltd and most certainly deserve and raise in salary! My experience

Over all we had a good and simple experience setting up the insurance. Sophie was lovely and very helpful. However, we were waiting around quite a bit for call backs but we appreciate that these things happen. Reviewed on: 14th September 2017

Quick, simple

Called to renew my policy but was not happy with the new offer as I found a cheaper quote through them, they went through details and provided a new quote at a similar price, renewal team was very helpful and polite will continue to use them. Reviewed on: 14th September 2017

Getting a fair offer

I recently become customer of Complete Cover Group. There was couple of changes in my circumstances before they could finalise my car insurance cover and needed to recalculate the annual fees.
