£50 admin fee for a ten minute phone call disgusting

Charged a £50 admin fee for a genuine mistake made on my part. Charged the above for a ten minute phone call. When I asked the manager to possibly waver this fee he was rude. Terrible customer service. But you have no choice to pay as the cancellation fee doubles. I will not be reniewing next year and also tell friends and family to stay well clear of yourselves.
