Stay clear of these

Terrible company to deal with. cant get through on phone unless you stay on hold over an hour. they dont answer emails. charged me £125.00 to cancel 3 week old policy and kept my deposit. real crooks stay clear of them. spend your hard earned money elsewhere Reviewed on: 28th October 2021

Very helpful

Very helpful when trying completing outstanding documents. Didn't work the first time so tried various ways to get it done there and then as quick as possible! Very helpful when doing this on a break from work! Reviewed on: 6th May 2017

Sorted at last

Initially I was somewhat confused as to why I was been asked for so much information i.e. photos of my driving licence and having to give permission for my details to be checked with DVLA but I guess if that is what is required to prevent fraud then so be it. Fab Amico was brilliant and sorted everything out for me and he was so patient and a genuinely nice guy. Thanks Fab for sorting everything out for me. Reviewed on: 6th May 2017

Great customer service

The worst insurance group

One of the worst insurance group. They do not care about the customers and will take your money when they see an opportunity. The staffs are not helpful at all, and when they speak to you it's like they don't care about you. They over charge and i can't wait to leave them. Reviewed on: 5th May 2017
