Renewal experience

Excellent service friendly staff

I personally had Christopher sparkes deal with me on both occasions when I have rang in nothing is too much trouble he is very helpful and resolves any issues immediately and explains everything so u can understand as I have difficulty understanding things he was more than happy to explain to me hope all your staff are like him so pleased with the outcome of my calls thank u again Christopher sparkes u r a credit to your company x Reviewed on: 8th May 2017

It's very bad customer service.

First of all the line is very bad or that should be your customer service advisor hung up the phone on me because three time I have contacted but during our conversation is hung and I'm not happy at all with your customer service. Reviewed on: 8th May 2017

Good service, high premiums

Generally my experience with the Complete cover Group has been quite good. the only real gripe that I have are the premium rate which technically have nothing to do with them, so in that case i'd say they get a thumbs up. Reviewed on: 8th May 2017
