Had nothing but trouble

Put the premium up by £1000 not once, not twice but 3 times all mistakes on your part, told me I wasn't declaring an accident when it didn't exist! You are put on hold every 5 minutes for anything from 5 mins- 20 minutes! Said they hadn't receive documents when they had, even though I rang to check all was present and correct! A week letter premium up by £1000 because they hadn't received my proof of no claims! He been a disgrace! Reviewed on: 6th April 2017

Good customer service whilst trying to sort out the documents that I needed to send.

Whilst insuring the car i felt that the customer service was terrible, got quoted one price then they kept trying to get me to pay another, said i wasn't living at the address i claimed so wanted to put the price up, even when i offered proof bu council tax letter, driving licence, bills they declined. Unfortunately for me and due to being on the phone for around 2 hours all together this was still the best price I had. The only redeeming quality they had was the next person i spoke to regarding the evidence i needed to send was really nice and really helpful. After this year is up i will not be using this company again. Reviewed on: 5th April 2017

Terrible

Long wait times, rude and unknowledgable staff, systems continually causing long delays when trying to process any change/request, £50 admin fee to make ANY change to a policy. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I don't like subscribing to website such as this but Complete Cover are so bad I'd have paid to submit this. Reviewed on: 30th March 2017
