AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They say its 50 pound cancellation fees. That is a load of crap. They are saying to cancel it will cost 700+ and to swap insurance through them it will cost 638 pound to do that. They have left me with no car and an insurance that I have to pay because they fail to mention all of this. Avoid if I was you because they are scammers at its best. I can't swap a vehicle on the policy and I cannot cancel because I cannot afford them fees. Thanks complete. Never pick up the phone or reply to emails

Been trying to get in touch now for 2 weeks, multiple calls over an hour on hold each time, also sent 4 emails and still no reply. Avoid Reviewed on: 23rd October 2017

I was happy

Biggest con avoid!!!

Conned me out of £30 default fee telling me I had to wait until payment failed to make payment however fiancé company advised I could have paid by card as changed banks customer services agent who dealt with complaint refused to let me have a copy of phone recording but tried to lie even close brothers premium fiancé confirmed they were wrong to advise this! Went out of their way

Been with Allen & Allen for over 30 years, no problems. Now there are too many questions & things that have to be done with your Driving Licence online, I am not the only person that does not understand all the technical requirements. Reviewed on: 14th October 2017

Friendly, helpful and efficient

we had to get our van insured as our existing company was not doing specialist vehicles anymore, it is a difficult job to get specialist van cover, the guy on the end of the phone was great, very friendly, helpful and efficient, he went through every detail with a fine tooth comb to ensure everything was correct and rang us back when he said he would, even though the underwriter had not got back to him when he phoned and only had that to tell us.
