Didn't get apology into how was made to feel

See problem is almost resolved messaged on your Facebook page asking for an apology into why it took 7 weeks to refund £30 after being accused of lying from your team I did message twice asking for an apology into how I was made to feel and how I was treated I have updated review but until I get an apology I think a 2 is fair Reviewed on: 30th October 2017

Biggest con avoid!!!

Conned me out of £30 default fee telling me I had to wait until payment failed to make payment however fiancé company advised I could have paid by card as changed banks customer services agent who dealt with complaint refused to let me have a copy of phone recording but tried to lie even close brothers premium fiancé confirmed they were wrong to advise this!
