Horrible

Guys!! This company is unbelievable!!! They increased my insurance with £750 after one month. I cancelled of course and they charged me a lot! I spoke with 2 different agents and they gave me 2 different explanations and different amounts to pay. Cancelled the insurance now and next day they charged me one monthly payment. I am waiting to be contacted by manager, hopefully, because I recorded all previous calls with them and my lawyer will take them in the court! Stay away from them! Reviewed on: 24th May 2023

Never pick up the phone or reply to emails

Been trying to get in touch now for 2 weeks, multiple calls over an hour on hold each time, also sent 4 emails and still no reply. Avoid Reviewed on: 23rd October 2017

I was happy

I was finding it very difficult to get insurance cover for my car due to the accident I had in the past and complete cover group help me to get one, they are excellent Reviewed on: 23rd October 2017

Biggest con avoid!!!

Conned me out of £30 default fee telling me I had to wait until payment failed to make payment however fiancé company advised I could have paid by card as changed banks customer services agent who dealt with complaint refused to let me have a copy of phone recording but tried to lie even close brothers premium fiancé confirmed they were wrong to advise this! Went out of their way

I visited the Complete Cover office on a Saturday, not realizing that the office is not open to the public during the day. The staff present were very nice and went out of their way to process the admin side of things. Many thanks for that. Reviewed on: 15th October 2017

Complicated

Been with Allen & Allen for over 30 years, no problems. Now there are too many questions & things that have to be done with your Driving Licence online, I am not the only person that does not understand all the technical requirements. Reviewed on: 14th October 2017

Friendly, helpful and efficient

we had to get our van insured as our existing company was not doing specialist vehicles anymore, it is a difficult job to get specialist van cover, the guy on the end of the phone was great, very friendly, helpful and efficient, he went through every detail with a fine tooth comb to ensure everything was correct and rang us back when he said he would, even though the underwriter had not got back to him when he phoned and only had that to tell us.
