sorry to blow the good reviews but ......

I have ti take my dog to Fitzpatricks {Supervet fame} next week.Called up yesetrday and spoke to a guy called Theo . He explained everything and I was happy with his response.Fast forward to today and my husband calls me to say they are not covering us due to pre-existing.problem being no tests were ever performed when our little Benji was around 2 months old to say he had hydrocephalus or a seizure.These were off "the cuff remarks" made by a general vet no testing was ever performed in the way of MRI scans etc ,hence the reason for going to Fitzpatricks .So I say "buyer beware" . I had a great one to one phone call when I had enquiries about how I would insure my loving dog cassie the operator had great communication skills was polite from the first word he said and had great manners. Reviewed on: 5th November 2015

great and worthwhile

the best thing I done was got pet insurance as they were fast to get me added to the contract and were very helpful and caring when my dog broke its leg, overall great service Reviewed on: 5th November 2015
