Shame on you cover my

I award minus 10 stars for awful company. We have had pet insurance with them since early 2023 and this year our dog needed an op for bladder stones, we put in a claim for over £2,000 and every time I spoke to them they said the claim was with the assessor, they then cancelled our insurance because they say our dog is overweight, which he most certainly is not. They are now saying they cancelled our insurance before they assessed the claim. We are pensioners and this has created us massive financial hardship - first the cost of the operation and now pet insurance is unaffordable because they cancelled our policy. The stress of all this has affected our health both physically and mentally. I advise anyone who has a policy with them to switch and anyone who is considering using them to avoid at all costs.
