Awful and unprofessional

Avoid this company it is an absolute nightmares they tell lives to you they pass you around they do not give you the advice thay should. I had my IVA cancelled by accident thay email me to apologise they said if I reply to the email in the same day they will re-sinder it so I replied to them for them to start it again I heard nothing of them for three or four days then I got a letter of them saying that it had been cancelled permanently yet they still took 2 months money out of my accounts which I'm fighting to get back absolute disgrace please avoid Reviewed on: 14th June 2023

Life changing

Honestly this company helped change my life, I'm now able to manage my outgoings a lot better. I was in a deep depression on the verge of divorce because we were arguing about debts and how to fix it. Straight forward when you need straight forward

I was stressed and worried sick and Creditfix made it easy to confront my debts and sort out an affordable plan to get sorted. I am nearing the end now and its a massive relief to know that. Really smooth service that has alloweed me to get on with my life. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

Helpful - Probelm solver

I have been registered with Creditfix for over 3 years, they have helped me so much, when I have struggle to keep up with my payments by offering later pay date, the customer service is 10/10 so polite and kind. I never feel nervous to call them and speak over the phone. Still today I am happy with their service and advising is brilliant while I continue to pay off my debt. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

Amazing

This has really helped me get my life back after I was left with unexpectable debt by an ex. I was in a bad place and I had no idea where to turn. The staff are so brilliant they listen and aren't judgemental in any way.
