Awful and unprofessional

Avoid this company it is an absolute nightmares they tell lives to you they pass you around they do not give you the advice thay should. I had my IVA cancelled by accident thay email me to apologise they said if I reply to the email in the same day they will re-sinder it so I replied to them for them to start it again I heard nothing of them for three or four days then I got a letter of them saying that it had been cancelled permanently yet they still took 2 months money out of my accounts which I'm fighting to get back absolute disgrace please avoid Reviewed on: 14th June 2023

Excellent Service

Creditfix made my transition easy and understable when discussing debt management with all their customers advisors. Saved my life

If it wasn’t for Creditfix I genuinely would be living on the streets right now. Due to my previous DV relationship I was left in serious debt. When I found out about Creditfix they reassured me that I wasn’t alone. I was having on and off issues with debt collectors and Creditfix resolved these issues without 24 hours!
