Amazing service

During and extremely sad and grief stricken time when losing my beloved pet, direct line could not have dealt with the situation on a kinder, more compassionate way. why I chose Direct Line

After doing my research I found Direct Line had the best value for money, no percentage of claim in addition to the excess. I had a couple of queries which were quickly answered by a quick phone call. Reviewed on: 25th November 2015

Good customer services

When it was time to renew the insurance cost had gone up by £10 a month, which was about a 30% increase! As I had not made a claim I rang up to see if I could get a better deal. The customer service agent was polite, friendly and really helpful. They checked my account and gave me a loyalty discount and discussed ways in which I could reduce the cost further.
