Very fast and responsive

My cat Bee was unfortunately knocked down and we thought we were going to lose her. If it had not have been for direct line stepping in and taking over all the financial parts then it would have been a lot more stressful. We called them to explain what had happened and they responded straight away and organised for her to be treated at her vets. I didnt have to worry about anything. Bee fully recovered and igruly believe it's because direct line were so fast in responding and getting her the treatment she needed. I would definitely recommend Reviewed on: 10th September 2019

Fast help in an animal emergency

All my pets are insured by Direct Line and when Charlie cat was hit by a car earlier this year I knew they would take care of the vet bill. He needed several overnight stays and surgery and I was very relieved that I had their insurance and it was so easy to make a claim. He’s back to his old self now. Reviewed on: 17th September 2018

Amazing service

During and extremely sad and grief stricken time when losing my beloved pet, direct line could not have dealt with the situation on a kinder, more compassionate way. No problems

This insurance has helped up with some unexpected bills

As the owner of three cats, we rack up many trips to the vets, and Direct Line pet insurance has saved us thousands. Quick and easy and sympathetic and they deal directly with the vets office. Although direct line eventually paid out for my dogs hydrotherapy sessions there was a lot of confusion and I ended up having to put in the claim three times before it was processed. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2017
