Amazing service

During and extremely sad and grief stricken time when losing my beloved pet, direct line could not have dealt with the situation on a kinder, more compassionate way. This insurance has helped up with some unexpected bills

As the owner of three cats, we rack up many trips to the vets, and Direct Line pet insurance has saved us thousands. Quick and easy and sympathetic and they deal directly with the vets office. Excellent service at a difficult time

We have used Direct Line to insure our pet cats for years. Sadly our cat Mog was diagnosed with a rare heart complaint which was very traumatic and worrying as several overnight stays at the vets were incurred plus endless tests. Direct Line after one initial call dealt with the vets team meaning we didn't have to worry about paying the bills for Mogs care. They took great care of her and made sure the rest of her time with us was pain free and comfortable until she passed away peacefully. I reccomend Direct Line pet insurance to anyone. Customer Service really good

I recently renewed my pet insurance with Direct Line and wasn't happy with the original quite I was given. So I called and spoke to an adviser. He talked me through all my insurance products and offered me a great deal that was the best and cheapest on the market. Reviewed on: 28th April 2017

I had a bad experience when I first took insurance out for my new puppy. We took her to the vets as a precautionary measure when she had loose bowels due to her new food. This visit overlapped with us taking the policy out and Direct Line put 2 year conditional exclusions on her policy regarding her whole body, bar her head. It was very difficult to communicate with them. Reviewed on: 13th March 2016
