I had a bad experience when I first took insurance out for my new puppy. We took her to the vets as a precautionary measure when she had loose bowels due to her new food. This visit overlapped with us taking the policy out and Direct Line put 2 year conditional exclusions on her policy regarding her whole body, bar her head. It was very difficult to communicate with them. Reviewed on: 13th March 2016
