Brian required BOAS surgery. Thinking 1 day in the animal hospital would suffice, I was wrong. There was a pre-op and check over, then the operation itself. After Brian came home he then developed a lung infection and returned to the animal hospital for 5 days. All in all, there were 3 separate claims submitted to The Emporium. Each claim was dealt with extremely quickly, the money forwarded directly to the hospital. There was only a small shortfall (excess and a couple of extras), but I only had to put approximately £230 towards the 3 claims which far exceeded the original estimate and totalled approximately £3200. Made up with the service and would strongly recommend The Emporium. I am usually very untrusting of insurance companies, worried about the small print and complicated clauses, but certainly not the case with The Emporium. Thankyou.

My experience with the Insurance Emporium has been very positive, despite our circumstances being very sad. Our family dog was rushed into hospital and subsequently referred to a specialist, meaning we had to submit two claims for insurance payments. These were processed and paid within three weeks of admission/submission. Unfortunately, our dog died soon after his hospital stay. The customer advisers I spoke to were very helpful and sympathetic. I was touched by the personal letter of condolence we received when I cancelled our insurance policy. I will certainly use Insurance Emporium for my next pet when the time comes.

I had to make a claim recently for my dog that had developed a limp and have been really impressed with the service .
It was a direct claim so vet submitted the claim and it was paid out within about a week.
I had a message confirming receipt of claim form and then another one confirming payment to the vet had been made .
Really good service , very impressed.

We’ve been insured for just over a year, our Frenchie has since developed Cataracts. Our vets sorted the paperwork for us and I received emails from the Pet Emporium each time a form was received, reviewed, information requested and when claim decision was made. The only think that would make it better would be a higher claim limit for consultations. Otherwise the cost is competitive.

A first for me and my husband to make a claim for this k8nd of accident with our precious boy Leo being hit by a car. To us it was a miracle that he didn’t have one broken bone or any internal injuries. So very Lucky indeed. So was very happy that my claim was accepted and went through smoothly as feeling traumatised for a period of time. I don’t think I could have handled any more stress in submitting our claim. Easy service

Very easy to use service. Out vets made the claim direct so all we had to pay upfront was the excess. Only little niggle is it took about 10 days for it to be paid. So just wish the claim was processed and settled a little quicker. But other than that...

This is the second time I have needed to make a claim for my pet dog.
Both claims were dealt with in a prompt and totally professional way with excellent communication, all of which eased an already stressful situation.
I would genuinely recommend the Insurance Emporium to anyone.

Very easy to deal with and lovely customer service

My dog was involved in a incident on the park where a chunk was taken out of his side. The vet bill came to just short of £300 which The Insurance Emporium dealt with promptly and efficiently. Couldn't have asked for an easier experience!!

I took out pet insurance in June 2019, I didn’t think I would need it but a family member had advised me how expensive vet bills can be, so I thought it made sense. My pet was a healthy Cat but suddenly in August became very poorly, I worried so much for him and he required urgent surgery. Emporium vet insurance covered the bill. Excellent service I’d definitely recommend.
