Contractual and Rude!

My review of insurance: One of my dogs had a small lump removed, results showed it to be a cancer. Claim form completed online. Silence. Then an impersonal contractual letter was sent, excluding the lump from inception of the policy... (excellent Leonardo De Caprio film.) So my advice is to undertake training to become a vet or have your Pet CT scanned, or go to a fortune teller, so you can guarantee all present and future illness are listed before you take out insurance with these w&nkers. I have cancelled 2 policy's that were in place with them. So economically they have made a bad decision. But contractually they are correct... next time a "sorry to hear your dog had cancer...But...." would be a better way to start a communication with a CUSTOMER. ( dog is fine now and will rip the @rse out of anyone from IE who comes near him) Reviewed on: 31st January 2026

A great patient service and good value.

I had a really good experience with Albany Park. There were a number of products I was interested in and I had little available time to arrange it all. My particular agent was calm and relaxed and called me at agreed time as convenient. I as kept informed as the applications went along. The advice I received was good. A good overal exepience.
