Inflexible customer service/communication.

Missed a payment on 2nd Dec 2024. Was emailed that day and on 16th yes. But this is a busy time of year and I have ADHD and dyslexia so have difficulty with emails. No call. No retry to take funds, no letter. Just cancelled the policy. Called on same day as cancellation and they wanted £10 to re in-state the policy. Reviewed on: 30th December 2024
