Great Service from the Insurance Emporium

We have a dog insured by the insurance emporium and made several large claims. These have been paid promptly and without quibble. Great service. Great customer experience. Reviewed on: 1st July 2019

Really Helpful and efficient

I took out Pet Insurance with The Insurance Emporium because the cover and price were very good. Unfortunately for my little dog he had a very painful leg injury not long afterwards. The claim process was quick and simple and my Vet’s surgery was paid very quickly. Thanks for such wonderful service. Reviewed on: 1st July 2019

Pet Claim

Helpful even when there were small problems proceeding claim

I found insurance emporium really easy to deal with. There was more information required from our vet and a problem with the very receiving the email. The customer advisors that I spoke to were helpful and worked around the issue to help me. Reviewed on: 1st July 2019

They will take your money and not pay out

Not to be trusted to honour payments to suppliers. We have a letter promising payment for damage to a customer's vehicle by a dog insured by Emporium.Despite letters, emails and phone messages( they don't return calls or answer the phone) they won't pay. Reviewed on: 11th October 2018

ComPETitive dog insurance

Quick, easy and understandable to insure my dear dog. And I didn’t get bombarded by 100s of other offers or upgrades, which is a good thing in my eyes. Only informative and friendly mails and not too often. Reviewed on: 9th September 2018

Pure brilliance!

Having never bought pet insurance i was unsure of how to navigate my way and find what i needed for my dog.The insurance emporium helped me through and gave me all exactly what i wanted and i feel 10 times better with my little pup betting safe and insured. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2018
