Would give a 0 star if I could.

Would give a 0 star if I could. Very misleading company. Went to make a claim today however was told they Sent a ‘renewal’ in january that looked nothing like a renewal as nothing was clear and added in the fine print on page 7 of 25, in brackets, in with another sentence so not clearly stated, and writing so small you can’t actually read that they had changed the initial agreed excess of a flat £150 to £180 plus 25% of all vets fees which was not clearly stated at all. Very sneaky, do not have customers interests at heart and will never use again. Very deceitful company. Only offered an apology and to pass on feedback - not good enough.
